Call me – my knowledge of the market will help you gain the full value of your property. I have listed and sold
 over 27 homes this year and always at top value at the time they were sold. As Denny and Sandy Hejlik in
 Montclair said “We really did not believe we would get the price you suggested we list our home for, but you
 did.” Nothing had sold for that much previously and it started the trend.

I am experienced with the process of purchasing land and can guide you through it. I have sold land as far as
 Fauquier County.

MOVING IN OR OUT OF THE AREA?
As a person who personally relocated many years ago I know how to alleviate some of your concerns I can send
 you a relocation package with information about the area. If you are leaving the area, I can put you in touch with
 an agent who can help you where you are going. I personally interview them for you before I put you in contact
 with them and then you ultimately decide if they work well with you.

BUYING A NEW HOME OR HAVING ONE BUILT?
It is good to have representation when buying a new home as well as resale. Problems may occur and my
 experience can help in dealing with these situations. I also like to give a rebate to the buyer for them to buy
 something nice for their new home.
